With the rapid advancement of SDVs, electrification, and sophisticated vehicle functions, engineering teams are increasingly challenged to ensure that the rationale behind design choices—"why a specific design was chosen"—can be traced back at any time. Searching for underlying reasons every time a specification changes or an issue arises prevents organizations from fully realizing the efficiency gains of MBD. In this session, we will outline an integrated approach that connects requirements, functions, architecture, and verification end-to-end, followed by real-world application examples using Zuken's MBSE platform "GENESYS." This presentation offers practical insights into adopting and applying MBSE within actual engineering workflows.
