In response to the mandatory European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), I will explain practical regulatory compliance approaches to address the unique challenges faced by agricultural and construction machinery manufacturers, such as long-term use, maintenance in offline environments, and high-mix, low-volume production. As solutions, I detail process standardization spanning development, manufacturing, and post-shipment operations, along with the streamlining of threat analysis and robust organizational structuring.
